On 22nd February the Prime Minister announced the Government’s roadmap out of lockdown and that the return of spectators to sporting events will begin no earlier than 17th May.

JOANNA WALES – HEAD OF VENUE OPERATIONS
Joanna Wales is Ascot’s Head of Venue Operations and has been a part of the business for 12 years. Her role covers most of what happens on site, including the security, site design, build, betting and outside broadcast.
Ascot welcomes more than 600,000 spectators in a normal year, with 300,000 of those attending Royal Ascot in June. Joanna plays a huge role in ensuring each and every one of our 26 fixtures are a success.
